Our nephew Jonathan will be 12 tomorrow and I finally got around to making a card for him. I'll get it in today's mail and hopefully he'll have it when he gets home from school tomorrow!
I had the image already colored and hopefully it won't be too "girly" for him. Like many of you, I have trouble with masculine cards - and he's also at that "tween" age, but what kind of card do you make for a "tween" boy? I'm sure he won't really care about anything except the check inside!
It's hard to see in the picture, but the image/sentiment is raised on pop dots. The cuttlebugged layer is a copper paper, between text weight and cardstock weight and I have no clue where I got it, like a lot of the stamping stuff I have!

Wonderful card. I thought the paper was copper metal before reading your post. He should love it.

I think the card will be perfect for a boy. like they always say it is the thought that counts and you made his day by thinking of of him on his specail day. he will remember that.
